Own end-to-end strategy across product, commercial motion, and delivery, with a focus on solving data lineage and governance challenges for modern enterprise data ecosystems. Building a scalable platform business from the ground up.

Stood up a product org from scratch: 20 people across PM, engineering, design, and research, all focused on modernizing a $200M global assessment portfolio. Shipped an AI-native data platform, drove 5% in incremental revenue through AI-powered test prep and WeChat personalization, and cut digital check-in times in half with facial recognition.
2021 — 2023
Ran product for a $100M+ SaaS data platform. Made enterprise onboarding radically faster, cutting implementation timelines from 12 months to under 90 days with pre-built data models and modernized pipelines on Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery. Launched a white-labeled PLG product with Dun & Bradstreet that shortened multimillion-dollar sales cycles.
2019 — 2021
Grew the platform product team from 2 to 10 PMs and built out SailPoint's integration ecosystem, including a developer portal, Slack and Teams integrations, and deeper partnerships with Microsoft and ServiceNow. Awarded Outstanding Achievement for speed and impact.
2014 — 2019
Grew the D&B Direct API to $60M ARR with 20% year-over-year gains. Built a $7M Informatica MDM integration and made it significantly easier for large enterprise accounts to migrate and get value fast.

Made the jump from engineering to product management in the semiconductor space, where I first discovered that building the right thing matters as much as building the thing right.
